• We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to deliver our services (e.g., website hosting, email/text delivery platforms, customer relationship tools) and with real estate boards/MLS® systems and Royal LePage corporate systems required for listings and brokerage services. Those providers must protect your information and use it only for the intended purpose.

Names, Emails, and Phone Numbers
• Name: collected so we can address you properly when we call, email, or text in response to your request.
• Email: used to answer your questions or send information you ask for. We will not add you to marketing emails unless you expressly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Phone/Text: many clients prefer texting for property questions or showings. We text only to respond to your request or for services you’ve opted into. We won’t call unless you ask us to, or it’s necessary to fulfill your request.

Property Text Service (Optional)
• If you opt in, we can send you new listings or updates that match your interests.
• You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message frequency may vary. Standard message/data rates may apply.

Cookies
• We use cookies to make the Site work better and to tailor content (for example, remembering recent searches so you can pick up where you left off).
