TRREB Ownership and Rights
You acknowledge the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) owns and holds proprietary rights and copyrights in the MLS® database, TRREB’s MLS® System, listing information, and any related information, and that such rights are valid and enforceable.

TRREB and Member Access
TRREB and other TRREB Members, or their duly authorized representatives, may access this Site to verify compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including VOW Rules) and to monitor the display of Members’ listings on this VOW.

Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
